Maximilian Jessen is a vice president who focuses on buyout and growth-equity transactions in the enterprise-software and industrial-technology markets. He is currently involved with Battery’s investments in AnalytiChem, Goodfellow, ifp Institut für Produktqualität (ifp), steute Technologies and Titian.

Prior to joining Battery, he spent time with Aptiv PLC’s autonomous vehicle division, focusing on strategic investments and M&A. Maximilian is a German national and sits on the board of German industrial machine manufacturer Rothenburg GmbH.

Maximilian graduated with a BS in business administration, with a minor in economics and a concentration in finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
