Max is a principal focused on late-stage software, industrial technology, and life science tools investments including growth equity deals, buyouts, carve-outs and take-privates. Currently, he is involved with Battery’s investments in LI-COR, LICORbio, Phigenics, Sustainability at Work Group, Vercore and VertiGIS. Max was also previously involved with CAMBRIO (acquired by Sandvik AB).

Max joined Battery in 2014 as an analyst after graduating summa cum laude from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a BS degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance.
