Kelsey joined Battery in 2022. She provides legal counsel on all aspects of Battery’s venture capital investments, acquisitions and exits.

Prior to joining Battery, Kelsey was a corporate attorney at Holland & Knight LLP, where she represented clients in venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance.

Kelsey received her JD from Boston University School of Law and her BA from Roanoke College. She is admitted to the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars.
