Hailey Wilcox

Hailey Wilcox is an analyst who focuses on early- and growth-stage companies across sectors and focus areas within the firm.

Prior to Battery, Hailey worked as a summer associate at Summit Partners in Menlo Park. Before that, she was a summer analyst at Seven Seven Six, an early-stage venture capital firm. Hailey was also the co-founder and CEO of DeFi-Able, a security tool for smart-contract translation, based out of Boston.

Hailey graduated cum laude with a BS in finance and entrepreneurship from Boston College, where she was an International Tennis Association Scholar Athlete all four years and captain of the women’s varsity tennis team. Hailey also played professional tennis on the WTA circuit.
