BIOGRAPHY

Ali Mobtaker is an associate who focuses on growth-equity and buyout-stage investments in the enterprise-software sector.

Prior to Battery, Ali worked as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in NYC focused on software M&A and capital markets transactions. Before joining the software team, Ali was an investment banking analyst on Citigroup’s SPAC team, working on both IPOs and de-SPAC mergers. He was also an M&A investment banking analyst at Teneo Capital.

Ali graduated with a BA in statistics and economics from the University of Virgina.
