Max is an associate focused on later-stage, enterprise-software investments, including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates. Currently, he is involved with Battery’s investments in SigmaTEK Systems and VertiGIS (composed of AED-SICAD, Latitude Geographics, Dynamic Design Group, and Geocom Group).
Max joined Battery in 2014 as an analyst. Prior to Battery, Max studied at Northeastern University, where he served as the CEO of IDEA, the university’s venture incubator. Before that, Max held various roles at IBM Software Group and MFS Investment Management.
Max graduated summa cum laude from Northeastern’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business with a BS degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance
