Justin is an associate in Battery’s Boston office. He focuses on buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-private deals, particularly in the industrial-technology sector. He is currently involved with Battery’s investment in Process Sensing Technologies, a platform company created with Analytical Industries, Michell Instruments and Rotronic.
Prior to joining Battery, Justin spent time at Copley Equity Partners, a private-equity firm focusing on small- to middle-market deals. There, he sourced potential investment opportunities, conducted valuation analyses and performed due diligence.
Justin graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Dartmouth College with a BA in economics and public policy. While at Dartmouth, he was a member of the varsity soccer team, as well as a Rockefeller Leadership Fellow.
