Ritu Sharma

Ritu joined Battery in 2025. She leads the firm’s digital-marketing activities, including social media and content marketing, as well as special projects to help build the firm’s brand and advise portfolio companies.

Before joining Battery, Ritu worked at Chargebee, a technology company providing recurring revenue-management solutions for software businesses. In her most recent role as social media and brand marketing manager, she led Chargebee’s global social media strategy and digital brand initiatives. Ritu previously worked at GreenBiz Group as a senior marketing coordinator. GreenBiz, now part of the Trellis Group, helps create events and content for professional communities around climate change.

Ritu graduated from the University of California, Merced, with degrees in psychology and management/business economics.
