Kelly Cooper

Kelly joined Battery in 2023 as a director of business development. A former operator and consultant, she works closely with executives at Fortune 500/Global 2000 companies to help them pursue innovation initiatives and accelerate growth, including by partnering with Battery portfolio companies.

Prior to Battery, Kelly was the CEO and co-founder of EndeavorOS, an enterprise SaaS startup focused on delivering data, infrastructure and vendor interoperability in enterprise and highly regulated markets. She also spent several years as a management consultant in San Francisco, New York and London, working extensively with large-company executives on growth, digital and innovation strategy at both Ernst & Young and Simon-Kucher & Partners, where she led the digital practice and the firm’s incubation lab.

At Ernst & Young, she helped build and lead a global innovation practice by creating digital transformation strategies focused on assessing innovation ecosystems, leveraging disruptive startups, and tapping new technologies. Earlier in her career, Kelly served in several roles for the investment bank at JPMorgan.

Kelly graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in political science and a minor in rhetoric.
