Maximilian Jessen is an analyst who focuses on buyout and growth-equity transactions in the enterprise-software and industrial-technology markets.
Previously he interned at Aptiv PLC, focusing on strategic investments and financial analysis within the company’s autonomous vehicle division. Maximilian has also spent many years around companies in Germany’s Mittelstand and sits on the board of German industrial machine manufacturer Rothenburg GmbH.
Maximilian graduated with a B.S. in business administration, with a minor in economics and a concentration in finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
