Diana is an associate in Battery’s San Francisco office. She focuses on later-stage software investments, including growth-equity deals, buyouts, rollups and take-privates.
She is currently involved with Battery’s investment in Behavioral Holdings.
Previously, Diana was a business analyst at McKinsey & Co. in New York, where she advised Fortune 100 executives and technology startups on growth strategy, operations and post-merger integration. She also performed due diligence on companies in the software, semiconductor and fin-tech sectors, among other projects. Before that she held investment-banking internships in the U.S., Hong Kong and mainland China.
Diana earned a B.A. degree in economics and history from Columbia University.
