Ben re-joined Battery in 2015 as a vice president, after previously working at the firm as an associate from 2011-2013. Currently he focuses on venture and growth investments in the software and Internet sectors. Ben is involved with Battery’s investments in Tealium, Q2ebanking (NYSE: QTWO), Optimizely, and Xenex.
Prior to joining Battery, Ben was a senior equity research associate at Rutberg & Company, a boutique investment bank, where he provided institutional research coverage of private companies in the mobile and digital media sectors. Previously, Ben also held roles at LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD) and the ASME Innovative Technology Institute.
Ben holds an AB in chemistry from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
