What does your company do in 10 words or less? 

We make HR the culture engine of any company who puts its people first.

What is your favorite piece of management/leadership advice?

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast”- thanks to Peter Drucker.

What’s the most under-rated trend in technology, in your opinion?

Artificial intelligence, believe it or not – despite all the hype, its power to change the world isn’t fully fathomed.

What hibob accomplishment in the last 12 months are you most proud of?

We have built a strong internal culture that is empowering us to change the world of HR technology – making it both more advanced and more humane – to change the lives of millions.

BONUS QUESTION: What was the first concert you ever went to?

Simon and Garfunkel live concert at a football stadium in Tel-Aviv in 1983. I was 17 years old.
