Peter joined Battery in 2008 as an Associate and focuses on private equity investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. He is currently working with Detcon, GMI, Nova Instruments and Nova Metrix. Prior to Battery, he was an Analyst at Wachovia Securities in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group, where he worked with corporate and financial sponsor clients on financing and strategic alternatives, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. At Wachovia Securities, he also focused on the software and services sectors and worked on more than 10 M&A and capital market transactions valued at more than $5.4B.

Peter graduated with a MS in Accounting and a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
