Aaron joined Battery in 2010 as an Associate and focuses on private equity investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. Prior to Battery, he was an investment banker at Jefferies & Company and management consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. At Jefferies & Company, he was in the Technology Group, where he worked with corporate and financial sponsor clients on financing and strategic alternatives, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and leveraged buyouts. During his tenure at L.E.K. Consulting, he advised corporate and financial sponsor clients across industries such as Aviation, Consumer Products and Life Sciences.

Aaron graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
