Morad has been investing in Internet, Software and Services companies since joining Battery in 2008. He focuses on private equity investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. Based in Battery's Boston office, Morad is active in the firm's investment activities in North America and Europe. He is involved with Battery’s investments in Vero Software, Neolane, and Planit. Prior to joining Battery, Morad worked in the technology investment banking practice at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on M&A, equity and debt financings. At RBC, Morad advised leading technology companies and completed more than 15 M&A, private placements and capital market transactions valued at more than $2.5B. Morad graduated with a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
