Ollie has more than 25 years of venture capital experience, investing in numerous companies worldwide and facilitating technology transfer. He stepped down as a General Partner at Battery in 2006, after 20 years with the firm, and currently serves as Chairman of TianDI Growth Capital. At Battery, Ollie was a lead investor in many successful public companies including Aurum Software (acquired by Baan Company), Chordiant Software (NASDAQ: CHRD), HNC Software (NASDAQ: HNCS), Infoseek (NASDAQ: SEEK), Netezza (NYSE Arca: NZ), OutlookSoft (acquired by SAP Software), Parallan, and Pixelworks (NASDAQ: PXLW). Prior to Battery, he was a lending officer in the High Technology Division of First National Bank of Boston. Ollie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.S. in Biochemistry from Brown University.
