Paz joined Battery in 2012 and focuses on investments in enterprise software, infrastructure, and consumer.

Prior to Battery, Paz was an Associate in Corporate Development at Cisco responsible for investments, acquisitions & strategy—focusing on the security, mobility, enterprise networking, cloud, and small business verticals.  Earlier in his career, he spent several years in the technology investment banking practice at Lazard, working on a variety of mergers & acquisitions and financings, including advising Nortel Networks on its bankruptcy and divestitures.

Paz received a B.S. in Finance and International Business from New York University.
