Dan focuses on later stage investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. He is currently involved with Avalara. Prior to Battery, he was an Investment Banking Analyst at Robert W. Baird in the Technology Group, where he worked with corporate and financial sponsor clients on financing and strategic alternatives, including debt and equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.

Dan graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Finance.
