Boston • Joined Battery in 2012

Cathy joined Battery in 2012 as an Associate and focuses on later stage investments, including buyouts, growth equity, rollups, PIPES and take-privates.  Prior to Battery, she was a senior analyst at RBC Capital Markets’ Technology Investment Banking Group in New York and Boston.  At RBC, Cathy executed a variety of transactions in the software, tech-enabled services, communications technology, and financial technology sectors, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity financings.

Cathy graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley with a BA in Economics and BS in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business.
