Brian focuses on later stage investments, including growth equity, buyouts, rollups, PIPES and take-privates. Prior to Battery, he was an investment banking Analyst at Morgan Keegan Technology Group, where he helped middle market technology companies achieve their strategic initiatives through mergers and acquisitions, private capital raisings and public equity offerings.

Brian graduated with a degree in Economics from Harvard University.
