Industrial Safety Technologies

Industrial Safety Technologies is a platform in Battery’s Buyout portfolio, with the objective of building and managing a diverse suite of industrial safety automation products that protect lives and workplaces around the world.  Two of the companies that have joined the IST platform are Detcon, based in The Woodlands, Texas, and Gas Measurement Instruments, based in Glasgow Scotland.  With this solid foundation of fixed and portable gas detection instruments, IST is eagerly expanding its search for additional and synergistic companies with products that will add to the creation of a full line of integrated fire and gas detection products and services targeting heavy industrial applications.
